đź‘‹ Do you help New Yorkers apply for special grants / Emergency Assistance / One Shot Deals?
We are looking for community-based provider staff who have experience helping New Yorkers apply for one shot deals/emergency assistance via ACCESS HRA. We'll use human-centered design methods to better understand pain-points and opportunities to make the experience more accessible and user-friendly.
To learn from your experience, we are conducting interviews. The interview should take about one (1) hour and will be conducted virtually.

By participating in this user research activity, you agree to the following: 1) Sessions will be recorded (2) Participation is voluntary and you may decide to withdraw at any time; (3) Your decision to participate or not in this session will not impact your organization’s relationship with DSS; (4) Your identity will be strictly protected; no personal information about you or your organization, will be disclosed to anyone outside this user research activity and will not be used in any written report or publication connected to this session, (5) your feedback will be used to improve our DSS benefits and services and make our systems more usable; (6) DSS may share your feedback with our business partners and other city agencies; and (7) DSS will retain your contact information for future user research purposes.
