| View in browser May 20, 2024     Dear Community Partner,   We would like to hear from you about your experience using our benefit access site and community partner tool: ACCESS HRA Provider Portal.   The Department of Social Services’ Social Service Innovation Center (SSIC) is looking for feedback to help us understand what future enhancements will meet provider needs and improve user experience.   Below is a link to a short 5-minute survey to capture your input.
